Introduction
Acknowledgment
The most important acknowledgment goes to shaikh Mohammad Al Amoudi for his generous donation in support of this research chair. May God bless his efforts. We would also like to thank people who have contributed directly to this research.

In The Name Of God, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

Thanks to God, and Peace be upon the last of the prophets, Mohamed (Peace Be Upon Him) and his Family and Companions.

One of the precious gifts, God granted the human beings, is water, the basic component and heart of life, and the foundation, upon which civilizations are built. Over history, no civilization flourished except around a water resource. The revival of the Arab civilization around the blessed well of Zamzam prior Islam is not away from us. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia suffers from lack of fresh water due to rare rainfall and the absence of rivers, which made the Kingdom one of the sever arid regions. Because of the existence of water problems with the significant increasing demand on it for the agricultural, industrial and domestic purposes, the importance of finding scientific solutions for this problem emerged and that is the motivate of establishing this researching position, which we deal with now.
